Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made to JWD Website Design are subject to this Refund Policy.

2. ADVANCE PAYMENT

An advance payment is required before any project begins. This advance payment is non-refundable once the project has started.

3. PROJECT CANCELLATION

If a client decides to cancel the project after work has started, the amount paid for the completed work and time invested will not be refunded.

4. DIGITAL SERVICES

Payments made for website design, WordPress development, e-commerce websites, landing page design, SEO services, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing services are generally non-refundable after work has commenced.

5. CLIENT DELAYS

If a project is delayed due to the client’s failure to provide required content, information, approvals, or feedback, JWD Website Design will not be responsible for any delay or refund.

6. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

If any issue arises during the project, we will make reasonable revisions according to the agreed project scope before considering the project complete.

7. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund remains solely at the discretion of JWD Website Design.

8. PAYMENT GATEWAY CHARGES

Any payment gateway, banking, or transaction fees are non-refundable.
